The Seong Eun Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation") values personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection.

Procedures and methods for destroying personal information

In principle, the Foundation destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

The information entered for membership registration is transferred to a separate DB (separate document box for paper) and stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other reasons for information protection (refer to retention and usage period).

Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than the purpose held except by law.

○ Destruction method

- Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that cannot be played back.

- Personal information stored in a written form is destroyed by a physical method using a document shredder, etc.

Provision of personal information

The Foundation provides your personal information as follows to provide higher quality services to members.

○ To be provided: None

○ Personal information items provided: Name, home phone number, home address, mobile phone number

○ Purpose of use of provision information: content provision, purchase and payment, delivery of goods or billing, identification of membership service, personal identification, handling of complaints, and delivery of notices

○ Retention and Use Period of Provided Information: Until the closing date

However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

- If users have agreed in advance

- Where there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the provisions of statutes or in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed in statutes for the purpose of investigation

The Foundation does not entrust your information to an external company without your consent. If such a need arises in the future, we will notify the customer of the entrusted person and the details of the entrusted work and obtain prior consent if necessary.

Rights of users and legal representatives and methods of exercising them

Users and legal representatives can inquire or modify the personal information of themselves or children under the age of 14 at any time, and may request termination.
